Why don't you ask him if he'd like to join you and workout 6 nights a week? So far that's the only thing that's helped me...Ive only been at it a month but that's a month longer then any other time.

It does sound great. But its not for me. I make sacrifices to stay at home with my kids and one of them means pinching every penny I've got. Besides...I like eating my calories and hate chocolate...and I've heard the other flavor is nasty.

Day 18 for me...no shakeology or any special drinks....3" down in my hips!!! No weight lost :P Tip...if you can find a workout partner that is the only reason I've made it this far, my hubby does it with me. My profile picture is after a good round of Kenpo X...great workout.
