  • I like a Vita-top with coffee. (They are frozen high fiber muffin tops with vitamins and I get them at Target). Only 100 calories and they are filling and come in several yummy flavors. I also do Medifast powdered eggs or a Medifast shake. Both are 100 calories and packed with vitamins. The eggs are mostly whites I think…
  • If you have any space with plenty of sunshine, plant a few veggies of your own, even if they are in pots. You can do a tomato plant, pole beans that climb a fence, peppers. Plants are inexpensive, seeds are cheaper, seeds from a store bought tomato or pepper that you would throw out are even better!
  • The loss definately shows and I bet you are feeling great. Way to go and keep it up.
  • Every couple of days, but report in to my health coach on Tuesday mornings, so that's the one that I never miss. I weight first thing in the morning before getting in the shower. I'm losing about 2 lbs./week, so it motivates me every time I'm down another lb.
