have they kept the weight off?

people have been answering your question. Are you not seeing the responses?

I thought I was the only one. Good to know I am not alone.

You weren't criticized or bullied. People gave you sound advice you didn't want to hear. You are a nurse. You know how bad fad/crash dieting is for you. Don't come to an open forum asking about a crash diet and expect to get encouragement. Also, you attacked people, not the other way around.. Own your comments.

I am not trying to be a smartass here, but what are you going to do when the fast is over and you have to reintroduce real food? Also, if your kidneys and liver are working properly, there is no reason to do a detox. They do it for you. If you want to test for food allergies, seriously, go to an allergist. Must faster and…

Like I said, I get where you are coming from. We are all here for a reason. To be healthier. I have definitely seen people attack on here. For the most part on this thread, however, I don't think people were attacking. Venting frustrations? Absolutely. But if people don't care on a forum, or it doesn't matter, do you think…

I am in no way a bully. Nor do I feel superior. I understand where you are coming from, but correcting someone does serve a purpose. Our educational system is failing and is falling further and further behind other nations around the world. Spelling is a foundational skill. Spelling IS important. This is where is starts.…

As long as you stay within your calorie range, you will not gain weight/fat. Time of day has nothing to do with weight/fat loss.

Carbs are dirty, evil things. Stay away from them!!!!

I don't think it's weight you need to lose. You need to build muscle. If that is what you are looking for, losing the weight is not going to make you look better. Losing those 5 pounds will not make you look firmer. Keep at it at the gym, keep lifting. It takes a long time to build muscle. Don't give up!

There was a topic about this posted a couple of hours ago.. Plenty of replies. It's in the general weight loss section. :-)

Lol, I wasn't trying to be her mom. Appetite suppressants are scary. Hence the reason said to stay away. I know many people who have taken them, stopped, taken them, stopped. And ended up with major health problems because of the ingredients in them. She asked for advice, I gave my two cents. Just because they are herbal…

No, I was in no way being an authoritarian. If you assume that is what I was being, that's on you. People assume things on the internet all of the time. All I said was she doesn't need them. Nothing more, nothing less.

I know you weren't asking for a magic pill. I totally got that in your OP. I was just saying you didn't need them. Is everyone different? Obviously. Water works really well, btw. Just a suggestion.

it is a support website. And I was being supportive. I was saying you don't need them. That you can do it without taking pills. i don't know how that isn't being supportive.
-
I get you had a baby. All I am saying is you can do it without them. Don't spend your money on them.
-
It doesn't matter if she had a baby or only uses them for the first few weeks. She doesn't need them. She can do it without them. That's my point. Also, most of them are not good for you. It doesn't matter if they are over the counter or "herbal." Drinking water and eating right is just as effective and less costly.
-
You said earlier they helped you lose weight before. But. The problem is, you didn't keep all of the weight off. Instead of looking for an appetite suppressant, eat right, drink water and learn about nutrition. If you keep up with the same behavior, the weight will come back again. Using a pill to help you isn't the…

It's real. I watched her interview this morning on the Today show. She will be back and the new season starts in January.

It looked really good to me. Then I put the ingredients together in a recipe and found it was 212 calories, 572 mg of sodium and 19 grams of fat because of the cheese, oil and nuts. Sadly, I will not be eating this.
