Hey! I still do the 30DS every now and then...you know me, I do Zumba quite often too, but Jillian kicks my *kitten* each and every time..it's only 25 min or so but it's intense..I think I up'd to level 2 on day 6 or so the first time...I have a love/hate relationship with her!

I think it's because we're all on here aiming for similar goals...to get healthy, lose weight, be more active and our friends, family members are not on the same page so to speak....
