Following as well. .. in ketosis (based on sticks not blood meter) but no loss. . Feeling great so no complaints but I have 60 lbs to lose so deff not close to my goal. .. and about 45-50% body fat. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Zumba! I don't have any DVD's but take classes a few times a week...Zumba, Zumba toning and Zumba Sentao...I just love it. ;)
