fruits... any kind.
Almost everyday a banana +
an apple, or a pear, or whatever other seasonal fruit.0 -
I like egg whites and fruit with coffee0

Banana "pancakes"
Smash 1 ripe banana thoroughly.
Beat 2 whole eggs.
Mix eggs and banana together.
Cook on a hot griddle like a pancake.
I like it topped with warm blueberries/and or strawberries.
Nummy. Can't even taste the eggs.

Chocolate Vita Tops or Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereals0

1 cup eggwhites (generic "eggbeaters" from costco) 90 cals
AND EITHER:
2 oz turkey smoked sausage 90 cals
OR
2 slices fried ham (costco extra lean) 40 cals
OR
2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links (90 cals)
OR
2 slices turkey bacon (60 cals)
and sometimes:
sauteed mushrooms and/or onions ("sauteed" is an exaggeration - cooked in minimal oil, or "pam") 24 cals
Use garlic, worcestershire, soy, ponzu sauces to taste.
All of the above cooked in "pam" 10 cals.
Coffee, with Non fat creamer 10 cals
180-240 cals of high protein low fat, belly filling deliciousness - never hungry during the day times, frequently skip lunch and instead have a "zone bar" or something like that. Have a nice healthy dinner though.0 -
cottage cheese with cinnamon and fruit, or a mostly egg white omelet (1 whole egg, 2 additional whites) with spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.0

For me it's usually either 2 Eggs with whole grain toast and coffee OR nonfat greek yogurt with fruit and I got those Emerald brand 'Breakfast-On-The-Go' Blueberry Oatmeal clusters. They're SO tasty - blueberry oatmeal clusters, almonds, yogurt covered blueberries, and blueberry flavored crasins all mixed in a nifty pouch. I'll have that with my coffee then the yogurt an hour or so later. I save Eggs and toast for the weekends and maybe once during the week. And coffee, always coffee.0 -
I'm not fond of oatmeal, but love multigrain cooked cereal (like Bob's Red Mill 12 grain or less so, Red River Cereal). 1/4 cup dry cereal cooked in 1/4 cup almond milk and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, depending on the type of cereal, sometimes with 1 Tbsp. raisin cooked in. With coffee and milk, comes in around 300 calories and stays with me. Sometimes I cook the cereal with applesauce instead of the almond milk.0

I make my own muesli and have it with plain yogurt. Feel free to check out my diary for ideas. To give it that tropical taste I add papaya. Nice!0

veggie omelet- using only egg white, comes to less than 150 calories-
3 egg whites
spinach
tomatoes
peppers- whatever veggies you want
1 Tablespoon cheese
very small amount olive oil, not even 1/2 tsp.
Heat pan, add olive oil. Saute veggies, add egg whites, flip after cooked, add cheese, fold over, enjoy!!! Amazing how filling that is.0 -

Wow I'm really glad I made this thread. So many awesome ideas!
I've also revised my original recipe, instead of the english muffin I'm going to use a Thomas Bagel Thin, they're just cuter and more palatable to me. Also I'm omitting the ham cos it adds too much protein, & I can just drink a cup of soymilk for the extra protein. Or make a soy hazelnut latte.0 -

The special K breakfast frozen breakfast sandwich are amazing. I get the hot pepper one and LOVE IT. And then I drink 50 calorie orange juice. Works out to a very nice low cal and warm breakfast for the cold days.0
