I started yesterday and did today too.... i am going to try to do it every day for the full 30 days... I'm sore...especially my chest from the pushups, but its a good sore if you know what I mean :) I have my Zumba tonight with weights so I'll see how sore I am tomorrow but plan on sticking with it

you may not win the challenge but you are losing weight the right way...YOU will win in the end. Once the challenge is over and he goes back to eating regular food...you will be the healthy, fit warrior :) and unfortunately he will be back to 330 lbs

I will miss 2 days a week as already registered for a 2 hour cardio/toning Zumba class on Mondays and Wednesdays. and I think doing the shred these days too may just kill me! but the rest of the week I will do it daily... I think I can, I think I can ;)

I was inputting exactly like you...no cals noted..of course we both know that we would burn calories by strength training...from the others below, we should be adding it into cardio --just listed as strength training..

I absolutely LOVE Zumba too! you will be addicted if you keep going...it gets easier to do the steps...still a fantastic cardio workout and I agree with a few posters above...my HRM also says between 700-800 calories. Fun and losing weight--does it get any better?

I was going to ask the same thing...I do one hour of Zumba then another hour of Zumba Toning with weights... but have not figured out how to code correctly...

me too...I have lost 10 lbs from Sep to now but am exercising and watching (now more with MFP) what I eat and really not losing..up and down, but know that I have been eating way less....I will TRY to do this now too
