It IS tough to force yourself to workout every day..or every 2 days---especially if you're like me and really never did much before..it truly is a LIFEstyle change.... I have a printout I found and refer and think of it often... "YOU ONLY REGRET THE WORKOUTS THAT YOU DIDN'T DO" and its so true...try to remember that…

I am exactly the same...16 lbs total (incl before MFP) and nobody has noticed..well my hubby and bf but nobody at work etc... I am heavy though so agree with other posts...once I hit 20-25, I think it will be more noticeable... and it is how YOU feel.. I do feel amazing too ! Great job

hey ladies and gents--- I'll be 42 next month and am plan on being in the best shape of my life by the time I'm 43...I'd love to work in a marathon after my 43rd bday, but for now will work on getting this weight off..feel free to add me as well... started here in January and have lost 6 lbs :)
