  • MWC here, looking for Moms to walk/Jog with. I'm trying to get ready for a 5K but I don't want to leave my kiddos in the gym child care... They are to little for one person to watch 15 kids at a time!!

  • This might sound silly, but I worked in a Physical Therapy office that had a hand/arm bike that our patients used a lot and it really is a good cardio workout too. Maybe you could find a gym with one of those?
  • I am only 7 weeks out from my 2nd c-section and it took for ever with my first... I'm afraid it'll be the same this time. :( I didn't lose any until I was done BFing.
  • I have always used two sports bras when doing anything high impact. I can't stand bouncing. You might even feel better if you get one that's a size to small.
  • I just got Wii Zumba and the clear from the Doc for me to start working out! My C-section took what seems like FOREVER to heal! I know it's normal and I went throug it with my first baby too, but jeeeez... I was so ready to start working out right away. I'm a few months away from 30 and the weight is starting to catch up…
