Are you exerciseing? A gain in muscle can cause that. The scale is one tool but how you are feeling, measurements, clothes fitting are other ways to determine. Weight will fluctuate from week to week. Maybe water retention? Keep moving forward. Don’t give up. If nothing changes after another week then look at other causes.

I look forward to seeing more from you. I have some great recipes for the not Keto low cal people too.

I find that planning meals and snacks is pretty critical to my success. I tend to make better choices. I do keep sugar free pudding in hand and have learned to bake Keto Recipes that are no sugar and higher proteins. Find easy grab snacks that are healthy like a handful of nuts or cut up veggies. And log in daily to see…

Refined sugar really messes with my system too. Tired, unmotivated, inflammation, mental alertness and in and on. I have used some sugar replacements that help curb the sweet tooth. I like stevia and swerve. If soda is a challenge they even have a soda called Zevia. I don’t use them a ton cause they are all expensive but…

When I go on vacation or a weekend get away I find it so hard to log in my diary. I am eating good still but know I could better if I was logging. I think I get frustrated not being able to calculate accurately the calories and I go the "I will do this later" mode. Unfortunately later never comes. Any tips or trick that…
