My name is LUQUISHA Currently I'm doing CHALEAN EXTREME and I'm 5 weeks into the program. I did insanity twice. The 1st time I was 271! I did the best I could even though I stopped like 10 times in one workout, I lost 15lbs with it! You can do it, if you are determined too!!
