These are my T25 results. I didn't follow the meal plan, but still ate within my calories. I had more cheat days then I should have, but I'm still happy with the results! Stats: 24yrs Start Weight: 234 End Weight: 205

Hi everyone! I was thinking about doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution after I do the 30 day shred. I was wondering what weights do you use? for the whole program.

First day DONE!
I did the first day burn circuit 1 yesterday! It was awesome! My legs and thighs still hurt :) . i'm excited for tomorrow morning burn circuit 2!

Starting it!!
I just brought the program. I can't wait to start it! i'm totally excited! I will post my before pictures when I start it! I will try to post often to tell you how am doing! :)
