If you think your body is in starvation mode, up your calorie intake a little maybe?

If you can, go to Sephora and have them help you pick something for your skin. I went a few weeks ago, and I've already seen a vast improvement in my skin! Also...drink a ton of water! Over 8 cups, if possible!

One day at a time. I'm scared to give up, because I'm scared I'll get bigger if I do! Just do your best. Seriously! Give it 110% =) You can do this! Compete with someone! I'm working out with three people that I'm very close to, and we love seeing how hard we can push each other! It's great.

I love doing both =\ I just got a weight set for the house (just a small one that goes from 2.5-12.5), and have Six Week Six Pack (30DS is on it's way!), along with several workout games on the Xbox. However, I do like going to the gym for cardio =D

I really don't think so. Get that weight down, eat healthy and go to town on the exercises. I tried to buy all the protein stuff, and my husband just took them out of my hands in GNC and put them back on the shelves. Try looking in to "Bodybuilding.com" =) Tey have great ab workouts where you don't need gym machines or…

My max calorie intake goal is 1440 right now. When I exercise, I don't eat back the calories I burnt, UNLESS MFP warns me that I've not had enough calories today. It will literally red flag it at the bottom of your food diary, telling you that you haven't consumed enough.

Very much so! I wear mine while weightlifting and most of the time I forget I'm even wearing it. It's more comfortable than a bra strap XD

I'm usually up at 4:30, at the gym before 5 and don't leave until around 6:30 (Weightlifting). I'll eat around 7. The first day I ate then exercised, I spent a good amount of time afterwards feeling like crap!

A good starting HRM is the Polar FT7. It's what I have, and it's wonderful!
