I don't like the lunges and the but kicks... Push ups don't bother me i just do the girly ones and i am fine with that... but in the P90x that i am doing you have to do A LOT of push ups. I have the same problem im so sore right now i really don't want to do it, but i am going to make myself. I could easily just not do it and go lay on the couch... But hey its only 30 min right.... WE CAN DO IT....:) Good Luck!!!

The only thing that is hurting me are my legs... They are so darn sore that it hurts to walk.... LOL But im going into day 3 level 1 so im just going to push through it... Hope it gets easier for everyone :)

I just did day two and my calves are still hurting it hurts when i walk.... I am going to take a hot bath and soak them when i get my children settled... Nothing else on me is hurting or sore though.

Me too.... I am on day 2 level 1 today and i wanted to stop so bad in the middle of it... My stomach is not hurting that bad but my calves are killing me... I can barely walk LOL.... Also been doing p90x, and that works my abs a little more than this one does. But i will continue to do both of them :)

I did not feel well yesterday so i started my day one today! It was a nice workout!

Got my 30DS video will be starting with everyone on monday not sure on how to add pictures but if i can figure it out i will post them. also i am going to still be doing my P90x workout. :) hope to shred some pounds and inches. I will measure everything tomorrow :)

What all measurements are we going to be taking? I do not have the video yet but im going to go buy it this weekend. I will post pictures as soon as i get a chance :)
