  • Your metabolism is higher during the day and your body prepares for sleep at night and lowers. It shouldnt affect your weightloss to much, but there is a difference. Thats why your larger calorie intake should be breakfast. Thats what my nutristionist told me anyway..:-)

Short and robust, my goal weight is 140 and I am around 150. But I really don't care. Its my hobby and i do it my way. Its easy, lots of fresh air, and it keeps me in shape combined…

  • I do a rounded estimate, I count between 800 - 1000 kcal an hour, if its a Amrap I count 350 kcal for 20 min. otherwise I break it down in minutes.

  • I do my intervall training on the treadmill since we have icy roads. My pt says if your training on a treadmill you should have 0,5 to 1,5 leverage , it is more like running outdoors and you train the right muscels... I think it is nice with both indoor and out, dependibg on my mood
