Daily. Because if there is no loss or minimal loss then I can take it like a champ and move on to the next day. But if I've been working hard for an entire week or month and don't see a significant loss, I feel like that would make me sad and want to give up.

I do the herbalife shakes. I've lost about 12 pounds from Feb 24 to today. But I'm also eating healthy for dinners and snacks. I like the shakes, they taste good. I add stuff to them (greek yogurt, fruit, sometimes kale, etc). I think as far as prepping they take as much time as making a normal breakfast or lunch. But they…

I'm on level 1 day 7 or 8. I can keep up with her except doing the jumping Jack's and jump ropes back to back.I don't think I feel and better or that my endurance has gone up, i dunno why though. I also walk/ speed walk a mile and a half right after. I've lost 8 lbs since the 6. of July.
