I prefer to keep my carbs under 120 grams. I feel that fat keeps me full the longest, then protein. I would pay attention to the 3 and see how you feel throughout your days and then go from there.

Pepperoni pizza. No self contol when I'm near it. At all.

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt or Greek yogurt with granola. Then about 30 min to an hour or so later I'll have an Atkins shake or toast with peanut butter or pumpkin pie butter. I like to eat about 350 cals for breakfast otherwise I feel like I'm starving by lunch.

I don't usually specifically cheat. If I cheat (go over my deficit calorie goal) at any point, it's because I made a bad choice. And it usually involves pepperoni pizza because I can't fit that into my cals, unless I starve half the day. And I do not move my cals to maintenence because I'll still gain back the progress…

You can go to the nutrition tab on your phone (android) . Once you click into nutrition, at the top it'll say calories, nutrients and macros. Swipe left and right to see the info.

Coffee, I usually have one cup a day but with the cold weather lately I've been having 2 or 3. I drink tea maybe 3 to 4 times a month, usually when I want coffee but not the creamer calories.

I don't think it causes emotional trauma. I have no emotional scars from finding out Santa isn't real. I think it's just something you grow out of. I wouldn't tell her the truth.

The bigger I am, it takes more pounds to drop sizes. Im 5 ft 6.5 in. At about 176 I was a 12, at 150 I am a size 8. I maybe could have fit an 8 at 155 or so. I think it really varies from person to person.

If i don't eat enough calories I get pretty intense headaches. Its pretty much the only time I get headaches.

I don't know which is healthier, but I like to have more fat than carbs. I don't like sugar free liquid creamer, just the regular. So I get sugar free Coffeemate powdered vanilla carmel.
