You need to have more self control. My office has all kinds of goodies and order lunch from bad places all the time. All you have to say is NO. I know it can be difficult..but you can do it! =)

Same here. The desk across from me is empty, so everytime someone brings some kind of food it goes there and stares at me all day. Candy, cookies, pastries, etc. Yesterday we had a mini dessert tray. Looked so delicious, but I opted for the fruit instead :)

I've only lost 14 lbs, but I get so much colder now too!! I kept wondering why it was happening, glad I'm not the only one.

My schedule is really hectic too but I managed to loose 12 lbs just by counting calories (1200 daily), no exercise. But then the weight slowed down =/. So I figured I definitely needed to incorporate some kind of exercise
