Ugh doing my weigh in this morning. I definitely could have done better with week 3. Whenever I restart the cycle I definitely want to do that week just to prove to myself that I can do it. This week I lost 1.6 pounds. Keep up the good work everyone.

So today I'm feeling better about the diet. First week I only lost 0.8 pounds. This week I lost 3.4 pounds :-) Yay this is definitely an improvement from the first week.

Hi my first day went well. For meal 1 I had cheerios with 1% milk. I got the lactaid milk so I couldn't even taste the difference. For meal 2 I did mess up because I didn't have any ice to make my shake so I just had a banana and a 100 calorie snack. Meal 3 was pretty good and for meal 4 I made squash and green beans. My…

Ugh so I had my cheat day today *hangs head* I went to Chick fil a and got a grilled chicken wrap...I know I know no fast food but at least it wasn't fried right?? lol and I had water with it and no fries!!

So far I've lost about 6 lbs. I've been doing it for like 9 days now.

Today is my 6th day with Body by VI and I must say that so far I love them as well! I'm always on the go with my job so I have to eat out a lot. This is perfect for me. I'm doing my official weigh in tomorrow but I think I've lost 6 lbs so far. If you bought it already you might as well use it for the month.

I'm also at risk for hypertension. The doctor wants me to change my eating habits and work out before she decides to put me on any medication. She told me proper diet will prevent me from having to take medicine. Has anyone else beat high blood pressure by changing what you eat?
