Hi everyone. I'm definitely trying to adjust. Today my city put a stay at home for 2 weeks. I fell off so bad. I had to take my son to the emergency room for covid 19 symptoms. He's finally starting to feel a little bit better today. This month's goal is to be less than 205.

Hi everyone so how was Valentine's Day?! I had no self control and ate sooo many carbs and sweets the whole weekend. The scale went up 5 pounds!! I'm back to my low carb diet and have 2 more pounds to lose to get back to my weight from last week. What are some of your food weaknesses? Mine is definitely pasta.
