So partner wanted pizza tonight. I went over calories today by 1400 yes 1400 over. That negates 3 days of deficit this week. That’s okay because life happens and this indulgence is no longer a regular occurrence for me. Worst case scenario is no loss Sunday. I refuse to beat myself up.

We're leaving tonight on our annual spring break trip to Florida to see the St. Louis Cardinals Spring training but also have college campus visits and a Disney stop along the way so we'll be on the road until Sunday and likely eating plenty of fast food for convenience / time along the way. On the flip side, I expect to get plenty exercise, walks on the beach, healthy meals, etc, while there so we'll see if that balances out the drives down and back. I weighed 206.1 lbs this morning so it'll be interesting to see where I'm at back home on Mar 22nd. I'll do my best to weigh in - if the hotels we're staying at have scales, otherwise you might have to count me out for the next two Saturday weigh-ins.2

@skullsandskeletons This COVID 19 issue is making it hard for me to focus too. I'm in Ohio and we don't have the most confirmed cases or anything but they have canceled schools for three weeks and banned gatherings of 100+ people. It's affecting my work now too and I obviously don't want to risk going to the gym. There are two confirmed cases two counties over. It's only getting closer. I don't fear for myself, but I fear for passing it along to others.2 -

I was so depressed and exhausted nothing seemed to make me feel better but I wasn't really tempted by food. I had my one treat and that was fine.
I'm doing great at packing lunch and snacks every day! I'll be under calories soon but I guess this wasn't the week. PMS is a thing too.1 -

It's been an incredibly stressful week at work and I'm trying to focus that energy into the gym instead of my usual sugar binge. I was under calories 5/7 days, but over sugar 4/7 days. At least I met my exercise goal of 5/7 days.4 -
@TwinMomma2019 totally! I'm not worried about myself either but worried about spreading it. At least I am a natural introvert and don't go out much anyway.
We have the same restrictions where I live, too. I just can't seem to focus on my work and I feel like a loser for my low productivity.2 -
