    So partner wanted pizza tonight. I went over calories today by 1400 yes 1400 over. That negates 3 days of deficit this week. That’s okay because life happens and this indulgence is no longer a regular occurrence for me. Worst case scenario is no loss Sunday. I refuse to beat myself up.

    Thanks! It was a challenge to stay accountable but it reminded me to get back on track.

    I've officially lost all my vacation weight. I still have 2 days until my weigh in. Hoping for a loss this week!

    Is anyone doing the Autoimmune Protocol? I'm looking for some accountability. Today is my day 5. :smiley:
