You might just be retaining water which can happen after adding or changing exercise or maybe you’re putting on some muscle?

Went on vacation last weekend and the scale went up 7 pounds. I'm almost back to my previous weight. March goal is to get in the 210s4 -

I had a big sushi lunch today and I ended up going over my goal but under maintenance. All said and done I expect no loss for weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully no gain either2 -

I enjoyed gourmet pizza and alcohol yesterday. I need to stop being so hard on myself and refocus.2 -
This is going to be a really hard month for me food wise. We have my husband’s birthday on Tuesday, my mom’s on Saturday and then my son’s first birthday a week after that. That’s a lot of junk food and cake.
I’m a binger so I worry this is going to put me into a spiral. Gonna do my best to be on-plan (hopefully at the lower end for cals/carbs) every day that doesn’t have a birthday (or birthday get together) and hope to get into the 100s soon. I was 1.4 lbs away but after pizza last night I’m up an extra 3 lol (I know it’s water but still).3 -

So partner wanted pizza tonight. I went over calories today by 1400 yes 1400 over. That negates 3 days of deficit this week. That’s okay because life happens and this indulgence is no longer a regular occurrence for me. Worst case scenario is no loss Sunday. I refuse to beat myself up.
