Letting you know that I won't be logging into mfp again until after the holidays. I'll still be trying to lose weight and walk as much as I can, but my main go will be to enjoy the season of celebrations that's coming up over the next few weeks.
Relaxation and peace will be what I'm going to be concentrating on over the holidays with less stress and more fun.
Wish everyone much success on your journey and that you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving 🦃 🥧 and a very Merry Christmas 🎅🎄🤶🎁 and a Happy New year! 🎉🎊2 -

Don’t know why I can’t get my ducks in a row and get back on track. I’ve been binging and have gained a lot. Back on track today! Going to stick with it this time.
Will try to be more active on here. Good job to everyone who’s been logging consistently, and to those like me who haven’t, we’re only 1 week in to this challenge so we still have time to turn this month around!

No gain, no loss...i see this as a win because i feel very bloated again lately
Eating too much chocolate again, but it's so delicious.... Damn chocolate
Also birthday coming up, and a few evening with guests, that is always not very good for my diet, even though i try to behave, i always seem to let myself slip into the unhealthy snacks
