My challenge for this week was to eat fruit and vegetables from the rainbow. Here is what I've had this week to meet my goal. Red: tomatoes, strawberries Orange: carrots Yellow: squash Green: lettuce Blue/Purple: cabbage White: onion Did you taste the rainbow this week?

How tall is everyone? I'm 5'10 and even though I've lost almost 20 lbs I just dont see a difference. I feel like I have to lose so much to see any change. It's pretty disappointing but I dont want to give up.

Yeah I definitely dont do strict keto lol as people like to call it I do dirty, lazy keto. I fell off in November and December bc of stress from school but I started back today.
