Everyday for me as well I just not get too obsessed with the odd up day, When it is up for 8 to 10 days in a row it is time to do something about it. :grumble:

Just right it off and move on today is a new day so a new start. just so long as it is not a new start everyday. :wink: which is what I have been doing for to long over the holiday season.

Take a tub of Bulgar wheat or Quinoa salad. edited to add make it the day before so there is less rush in the morning.

Slim fast left me hungry and so I snacked =s a pointless exercise. just log everything on here and keep generally under your calories. Polyfilla did not work for me. I am just glad I found this place.

Hi Jaz I have a body media and an FT7. I went for the bodymedia as my previous pedometer would give very incorrect work rate for the cycling that I do, The bodymedia seems to be a lot more realistic. I keep the body media on all the time, but only add the FT7 when i am doing more serious exercise, and find that the BM givs…

es it is the exercise to failure that is good. On the last set just keep going to see how many more you can do, then up the reps in eash set to 75% of that and see where that gets you to.

You could try Glucosamine I was very sceptical but it worked for me it is not an instant fix you need to take it for several weeks to get the benefit and then just keep taking it. recommended dose is 3 tablets a day but I am still only on 1. This does not help with running but move over to cycling as it is none load…

I used to finish a jar within ( lets exegerate a day ( more like a couple of hours)) but having learnt portion control I have the same jar for several weeks, just put less on the toast, and less frequantly.

I hate to hijack this thread but I also have them stomach and arms and I am a bloke, :wink: that is embarrasing as I do not have the excuse of pregnancy. it was just fat.

I cycle max heart rate on Sat was 142 but generally 100 to 110. My Doc says that i need to do more, no matter how many miles I do in a week. It gets my blood pressure down a treat. Resting HR is now down to low 40's.
