my goal is to lose weight

weekly. the daily weight fluctuations will drive me mad. i want to keep my sanity through this weight loss plan!!

i haven't had soda in almost 2 years now. i don't even feel like it anymore. infact i dont even like the taste of it anymore :smile:

maybe you should up your calories. that happened to me last month, i felt dizzy and my head felt heavy in b/w workouts. the doc told me it was low blood sugar.... hope you feel better! =)

im 5'6'' and a half and my goal weight is 125lb. oh i miss being tht weight!!!!

zumba is a great cardio workout. i love itt. and yes its very effective. its been only 2 weeks and i can tell theres been some change. u'll love zumba!

thats happened with me. its a muscle inflammation. take rest. give it time to heal or u'll damage the tissues. i kept running when it hurt and when it got really bad i went to the doc. he told me to completely give it a rest. icing will also help!

conrol portion size. and drink water while eating. i couldnt do that either. cooking separate is difficult for me to follow. i do it a few days and then when im short on time i eat whatever there is for the rest of the family. i just control my portion sizes to make sure i dont cross my calorie limit

sadly, i always say something like 'ahh come on' with disappointment and disbelief lol but thats about to change. next WI im hoping i'll say something nice =p

i feel bad after every weekend , sometimes i feel weekends should just be marked off the calender till im done with my weightloss coz they completely derail me off my tracks. after the WI today i felt the same,. n everytime this happens i feel so let down i just want to give up then =(

dont worry. its been the same with me. i didnt lose anything until the third week and that too just one pound lol but no way im not giving up this time, ive only lost 2lbs so far. tommorows my next WI .lets see. but no matter what. im NOT giving up and niether should YOU!! :happy:

and i cant keep a headscarf for cardio. the weather here is too humid and hot. my head would explode if i keep it covered during the workout heheh
