I am doing this mostly for myself. My husband is a good motivator in the sense that he keeps himself in shape. I also think me being a good role model for my children - I want them to have a life than always includes exercise and a healthy eating style. Never heard of Tesco so it's something I'll google. Thanks!

I am by no means an expert but losing 20 pounds within 4+ months is certainly doable.

Welcome! It stinks to be middle-aged in terms of our weight, doesn't it??!! What kind of logic is it that we are finally accepting of WHO we are but now the physical WHAT that we are is going to pot! The treadmill/elliptical is a great way to start. Good luck and feel free to friend me for support!
