Definitely give P90X a try! I have done it the last two summers. I will warn you it is a bit of a time commitment. 6 days a week. the shortest workout is 42mins and the longest is 92mins (yoga - necessary!). If you can commit to doing it, its a FANTASTIC program, and you will start to see results and feel positive changes…
