What have you been eating/using that you need to flush horrible chemicals and toxins etc from your body? I don't believe in anything "detox" It sounds ludicrous to me. I would never go a few days without eating. I never for a few hours (minus while I'm sleeping) without eating :D

You talking about the instant stuff? Try steel cut oats. Make it the night before and it's for a few days. I find the instant one is just mostly chemicals and sugars. You can't get full off that. Not all oatmeal is equal

10K steps is to maintain.. I try and aim for 20 to 30K steps a day. Seeing as when I first got my fitbit I was walking maybe 2k to 5 k a day? Yeah, I think they are worth it. lol

I HATE when I forget my fitbit.. feels like all those steps for that day don't count lol. I walk around folding laundry now. I walk when I brush my teeth. I walk walk walk walk walk.

yes! steps!! more steps!! I got my fitbit last year.. went from 2000 steps to 30K and more steps a day. I stopped using it for a few months ... Started up again about 2 weeks ago. from 2000k steps to 21 k now.. need to hit those 30K steps!! You are NOT alone..

agree with poster above. Small goals. Join a group that is loosing 5 to 10 lbs .. stick to that. stop looking in the mirror if it upsets you. I don't have long mirrors in my house because of that. Go see your doctor. It could be a thyroid issue. I have a friend facing the same issue. Good luck. If it isn't thyroid. Track every calorie you eat. Add in that you are very active and figure out how many calories you need to gain weight. Steaks, protein, smoothies. Eat constantly but keep it healthy. :P Junk food doesn't…
