What speed on a treadmill?
I did d1w1 on Friday. Today I'll be doing d2w1. My question is what speed, if you are on a treadmill, are most of you guys doing? I was doing 3.4 to 3.7 for walking and 6.2 to 6.4 for running. I almost died and I was in so much pain Friday night and most of Saturday. I'm VERY out of shape lol

My BMR is below 1200
I just found the BMR calculator. I had never even known what that was prior to today. it says its 1,174 a day. I *thought* one should not eat less than 1200 a day. should I still go with 1200 or is ok to go with 1174? All this confuses me.
