my butt...

HURTS!

Seriously.. I'm doing the supreme 90 ( kinda like P90).. and I did something wrong and now it HURTS! Usually I would ice and heat a muscle... .but it seems weird to do that with my behind :/
I need it better ASAP. It's been a few days and it's starting to impede my workouts.

What has worked for you guys for this type of "injury" ?
