nuts! I love almonds.. when I was eating as little as you.. I didn't loose energy either.. but I did start loosing my hair .. it wasn't as bright in color and my nails would break easily. it might not be showing yet on the outside.. but it is messing up your insides.. and it will start showing on the outside sooner or later...

Yep. I agree with many. Sugar from fruits is WAY different than white sugar. Your body doesn't react to it like white sugar. I wouldn't worry about the sugar in fruits.

Cheese!!!! it has lots of calorie! but SO GOOD!! Greek yogurt has a lot of calories.. most than just yogurt.. but again.. way better and so worth it :) just count and portion!

cheat meals happen. Especially if you take part in being even slightly social. Seems people like to gather around food. Often, greasy and fatty foods.
