I wont give up my one medium double double coffee in the morning or my every now and then glass of wine lol.. I just add it to my log though. everything gets counted. No exceptions. Everything else is water.

Depends on what the rest of your day looked like and what you have set for your calorie intake for the day. If it is within your range.. you're fine. Only you can really answer that.

I used a marinara sauce also lol I constantly see recipes that claim there are next to no prep ( 5 mins) and you find yourself prepping for 30 mins.. argh.. I don't have time for that

if I don't get to it during the day, I do it at bedtime or the next day. I try and do it the minute I eat.

prepare yourself with snacks and don't let yourself get hungry! I used to do this also. Now at 2:30 I have a greek yogurt, or a blood orange, or a something! just not cookies. Have it ready! Winter. For me.. it's winter. I do great Mid Feb/mar to nov. .. from late nov to feb/mar all I want to do is stay warm and eat carbs :s There are so many reasons they "fail". Not realistic, life factors, people get tired of it... goes on and on..
