  • Coffee and tea contain caffeine which is a diuretic so personally I would only give myself maybe 50% credit. However if it is decaffeinated then I count it for sure. Side note I don't drink coffee and only decaf tea this is really not a concern for me. I also consider myself more of a water drinker.

  • My problem is different the program calculates that I'm always over on protein but meet/exceeds my goals in other nutrients. I think the fiber goals set are set too low. Recommended fiber 25-35g/day....
  • Increased urination is related to your increased protein intake requiring your kidneys to work harder causing you to be more thirsty. To me that does not seem to be a good thing..
