I would love 15 but set my goal at 10-12. I still can only lose 2 lbs one week and normally 1 the next. I added some cardio hoping that will give me a little more loss each week.

I started ripped today as well and have a goal of 10-12 pounds for March. I also do zumba or the elliptical 6x a week. So i figured I'd do ripped and about 40 minutes zumba or elliptical to keep workouts at about an hour. I listen to music. If I hear some of my favorite songs I cant help but smile. So for me I turn on pandora or iTunes,put in the earbuds and hit the treadmill or track. And the louder the better.

I cant get my sugars,protein and dietary fiber under control. I have been trying to eat what the "pyramid" says to regarding fruits,veggies and whole grains. I have 4 kids and work part time 3rd shift so I work out around 2:00. Works out well for me because I start picking kids up from school at 3:15. I use to start dragging around 4;00 but this seems to give me the boost I need. I also have some dvd's and zumba for the wii for the days I dont make it to the gym.

Probably to late for this time but maybe next time bring your own popcorn. The 94% ones are around 25 calories a cup. But for tonight maybe twizzlera. Low calories just may have more sugars. Hope you enjoy movie night.

The problem is sugar specifically. I was trying to follow the "pyramid" with eating of fruits and veggies and such. I drink the milk because I LOVE IT! I wondered when you do zumba and log it onto your diary do you put it under dance general or aerobic? I just added it under aerobic and oh my it added a crap load of more calories to eat. I think I will need to plan my meals and workouts at least a day in advance.

Well I am no expert but I would think its because youre not getting your calories in. I also am following a 1,200 calorie/day and I know when I enter my workout in it adds more to my calories.
