I wonder the same thing. Not only 170 calories but 15 grams of fat. I know they are good fats but MFP doesnt have a good fat, bad fat logging. Does it count the same way towards fat and calories then?

I just finished Day 1 of week 3. I run on the treadmill. I actually hate running inside but read a few places for beginners the treadmill is better. Week 2 day 2 was the worst for me. I was nervous about today but I made it :)

I start week 3 today. Does anyone else experience shin splints or heel pain? I have both. A Mom I know from baseball is a marathon runner so I picked her brain over the weekend. She said investing in a good pair of running shoes is the answer! She told me of a running store where they look at your feet and do other things…

So I decided since the Y is closed tomorrow I should make that my off day. Soccer and baseball are over so I figure I will go get some cardio in.

Woo hoo it's my off day today! :)) One soccer game and one baseball game today. So i will be getting a little calorie burn in cheering for my kiddies and their teams. Everyone have a nice Easter!

I just finished week 2. Day one of week 2 was pretty good. Day 2 I felt great. Today I was thinking of this group during my run to help me out. I just wasnt into it today. But I completed it! Nervous about week 3, I think I may slow down a bit. Tomorrow is my rest day. Next run is Monday. Good luck girls!!!!

I want to say first I'm so sorry! Not being supported by a spouse is diffucult. I have been on this weight loss roller coaster for years and what my hubby does is constantly bring home foods that I crave and have no will power over. I normally eat for breakfast: a lite english muffin with 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter and fruit for lunch: low sodium turkey breast lunch meat on sandwhich rounds and fruit for dinner: chicken breast with veggies and some carb side dish. Hello. I'm Dawn and I claim Thursday! I sometimes need to be reminded it's ok if I am the slowest runner out there. I tend to beat myself up that I can only jog at a 4.5 to a 4.7 Wishing everyone the best of luck for the next 9 weeks! Lets do this!

Hi. I'm 37 years old. Just found your site thru a post I saw from someone else. I am so glad I found this group. I had an emergency hysterectomy in Oct of 08. I joined MFP in Jan and have lost 17 pounds. I dont think it could come off any slower. I am grateful those pounds are gone though. I have about 50 more to lose.

I've been in menopause for 3 years now. I have noticed losing weight is not as easy as my pre menopausal days. I have lost 17 pounds and it has taken 70 days. I don't take any hormones. Not sure if taking any would help. Good luck

I consider myself a stay at home mom. I work 3rd shift a few hours a night so i am home all day and evening with the kids. I have 4 of them. I've been using MFP since January and I love it. Everyone is so helpful and supportive. Anyone looking for motivation I'm here to help.
