I was out of town and was unable to post here. I am back and had a loss of 3 pounds last week. I am on the right track. I do know I need to get out and exercise more if I want to continue seeing a weight loss each week. I just need motivation to exercise.

I dont weigh in on Wednesdays. I normally do my weigh in on Sundays but, I will go ahead and post them on Wed. My husbands birthday was yesterday and I was unable to post then. I am down another 2 pounds this week bringing my weight loss to 12lbs. I really think I can do this 30 by Christmas! :)

Starting weight 203.5 Current weight 203.5 Goal weight 188 I chose to lose 15 lbs in eleven weeks. That is a bit over a pound a week. If I stay focused I know I can do it.

I'm in. I hope no one minds me jumping in after you have already started your challenge. I would so love to lose 30lbs by Christmas. I have already lost 10 so I have 20 more to go. It would be nice for hubby to get me some new clothes for Christmas after I lose that weight. =-)

my husband insisted on pizza the other afternoon and I caved. I was proud of myself for only having one slice and then going to the pool to swim laps. I am back on track and keeping with in my calories.

I am finally down 2 pounds this week after staying at 210.5 for a few weeks with no weight loss. It feels good to start losing again.
