oh man I used to always eat that quiznos salad! and I always thought I was being "good" for choosing it lol. That's why I like mfp, I can check the calories on food before I even get to a restaurant. Thanks for the link :)

true, you can always come back. The way I see it if I have to log everything, it'll make me think twice about eating it, especially after making my diary public. I'm def. hooked on the website but so far it has been to my benefit. If it is stressing you then maybe you do need to take a break. Good luck! :)

I've recently changed my meal plan to bfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner-snack. It seems to be working so far. Working late sucks because I wake up after only 4-5 hrs some days and so I end up eating at like 11 am then having to stay up till 4am. sugar free jell-o...weight watchers string cheese...murrays sugar free chocolate bites (cookies) ...activia low fat yogurt...fiber one 90 cal bars<--- Those are all under 100 calories so I always stock up on them. I'm sure there are more greater options like veggies and salad :) but I have a terrible sweet tooth lol

when you go to calculate calories burned there's an option for "walking-leisurely pace" PLUS it will be hot as hell in Vegas lol so you'll def. be burning calories

having a small piece isn't going to ruin all the hardwork you've done. Only you know yourself, do you think you'll devour it all? if so then just get rid of it. You can always work harder at the gym later or do something indoors to break a sweat :) that'll help you not feel guilty about it.

are we all dispatchers? lol I work 2 tens and 2 twelves and when I go home I just want to play with my baby or go to sleep. Luckily my job has treadmills for us or else I'd def. be in trouble. What I do now is workout with my bro on my 3 days off, we go running at 9pm when my baby's in bed and it's cooler outside.
