I ran into the same thing. I use a combination of the strength training option under cardiovascular as well as calculating calories burned using my HRM.

I'm 6'3 - 6'5 depending on who is measuring. My goal weight isn't as important to me as my body fat%. Im hoping to get to and maintain 10-12%. I am currenly at 19% as I just did my measurement today. I've had issues with my upper and lower back but thats due to sports/military injuries. Having a gut doesn't help me either…
