I have had 5 C-sections. Before baby #5, I lost 40 pounds doing weight watchers and kept it off 2 years. I went from an 11 to a 3. I still had a little baby bump, but not too bad. I will not give up drinking beer. I just make sure I count the calories and, as bad as it sounds, eat less on the days I have a few beers! I have not lost much yet, but I am losing.
