I guess I'm boring. I've been drinking chocolate protein shakes for years and I like them just as they are. Mixed with water. Sometimes I add a tbsp of coconut milk, but that's pretty much it.

I had one done as well...in the hopes of curing my migraines. Didn't work for migraines, but omitting the foods on the list helped with how bloated I used to feel.

I have MuscleMeds Carnivor Beef Protein. I have chocolate and it doesn't smell like meat at all. lol. Anyway, tastes good, even better with ice cubes and a chunk of frozen banana (more like a milkshake).

You have to like vegetables.....a lot! The three that I have require pounds of them every day.

I used to log veggies, but don't anymore. I've never heard of people getting fat from veggies.....but then again, I'm very strict with my diet (because of food intolerances) so I guess it depends what the rest of your diet looks like.

Getting up early sucks more if you live somewhere cold like I do! lol. I set my alarm for 4:40, and allow one snooze before getting to the gym by 5. I don't eat before I go, but I don't feel nauseated or anything like that. Go to bed early so that it's easier to wake up. You've also got to really want to workout and make…

My new favorite is Musclemed Carnivore in chocolate (it's beef protein). I used to like Optimum Nutrition - Casein in chocolate supreme, but can't do dairy anymore. Mixed with water, ice cubes and frozen banana chunks.

I wouldn't hire a trainer unless they look how I'd like to look. If they don't practice what they preach, how can you trust them? I want more muscle, so there's no way I'd hire a soft looking trainer!

I get up at 4:40 am so I'm at the gym for 5:00 am. It's the only time when it's not busy with disrespectful teenagers hogging all the equipment! Besides, it's kinda nice to go home after work and just relax.

I like it better shorter. I agree with some of the other posts that it makes you look younger....and in my opinion it makes your face look slimmer as well.

I go to bed at 9. I set my alarm for 4:45 am and hit snooze once. I'm at the gym by 5. At first it was hard, especially in winter. You get used to it though. I guess it comes down to how important your fitness goals are to you. To me, they're very important, so I get my butt out of bed and get going! Good luck!

I used to hate water too, but I forced myself to drink it and now I like it. You can also add "True Orange" crystals. They are usually in the section with the other flavored drink crystals.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Dre's. My husband says they slip out all the time during cardio. But I have heard good things from Bose. Never tried them myself though. I prefer over the ear headphones, but again Dr. Dre's suck in that department too. Sound quality is awesome, but after awhile, the right ear stopped working.

Sorry, but this sounds like a booty call to me. In my 20's I dated a guy that sounds an awful lot like this...charming and sweet once a week or so....I realized I deserved better than that. You do too! Don't settle for a game player.
