I didn't have any measureable loss either. Well, actually while I was sick last week I gained 2.5 lbs, and this week I lost the 2.5 lbs, so I am back to the weight I was at 2 weeks ago. I think fruit ( a bag of stawberries already cut up and hulled, cut up some apple slices and put a little lemon juice on them to keep them fresh, some clementines already pealed) would be best.
