Measuring Spaghetti
I made spaghetti tonight, and was putting it into my journal. It looks like the average serving size is 2oz. Is that cooked, or dry? If it is dry, how much does that equal once cooked? Thanks!

Worse than a hangover?
What is a worse feeling than a hangover? Going out to a sports bar last night and eatting chicken strips, french fries, and 2 cokes (no alcohol). I feel miserable this morning. I guess it is a good thing, that my body has adjusted, but man...this is not pleasent.

Elliptical Trainers
Has anyone had problems with their feet/legs going numb while using the elliptical. I talked to the trainer at my gym, and she said it was normal, but it seems weird to me. Bouncing Around
I am bouncing all over the scale. I weigh myself in the morning each time, but it ranges from up 3 to down 4 to up 1 to down 2. I have been very good with my diet, only going over one day, and just by 12 calories. I eat my exercise calories, and have been working out 3-4 times a week. Is this normal? I am really frustrated!
