I made spaghetti tonight, and was putting it into my journal. It looks like the average serving size is 2oz. Is that cooked, or dry? If it is dry, how much does that equal once cooked?
Thanks!
Thanks!

a serving size is 2oz uncooked. Once it's cooked the serving size is 1 cup. I got this directly from Barilla customer service when I emailed the exact same question.0

Thanks, that makes me feel better. I was starving after eating only 2 oz of cooked spaghetti!0

Most white pasta's are made the same so one serving size is one handful of noodles which is only 200 calories (but watch those complex carbohydrates!).0
