Worse than a hangover?

What is a worse feeling than a hangover?

Going out to a sports bar last night and eatting chicken strips, french fries, and 2 cokes (no alcohol).

I feel miserable this morning. I guess it is a good thing, that my body has adjusted, but man...this is not pleasent.

    Oh man I dont drink. But I have a carb hangover today. I had a migraine yesterday (following a severe allergy attack the day before)

    I went carb crazy, not to mention calorie crazy (over 3000!!)

    At the end of my madness I added some olive oil hopefully grease the wheels today.

    Yuk...know what you mean. It feel wierd to think back when you ate that stuff all the time and the sludge your body was trying to work through. Don't know about worse than a hangover...I'm thinking back to a morning after my friend 100 proof Jack stayed waaaaay to late, dont think anything else worse than that:sick:

    the guilt is far worse than the physical pain !!!

    Sorry . . .We all do it. It just sucks.
