Hmm, ~Do some form of exercise/workout 5 days out of the week for at least an hour a day. ~Bring your lunch to work every day and only drink water (that was my challenge for myself for the month of June..and I kicked its butt!!) ;)

I'm interested as well! :) I need all the motivation I can get! Sounds like a great idea to me. I love to challenge myself, seems to help me achieve my goals a little better.
