I just wanted to say I had 1/2 an avocado mashed up with a small can of tuna and fresh chopped chives for lunch today, wrapped in a flatbread. it was SO SO GOOD.

Mushroom Stroganoff!!! it's one of my boyfriend's faves. I usually have a small plate & a salad with it. I try to use all the reduced fat ingredients I can. Aside from the pasta it's pretty healthy but I am not scared of carbs!

I wanted to do this, the hockey game and a hotel for a night.... I was going to do it without telling him but I don't like keeping such financial things a secret (he makes the money,I am job hunting) ....he said he didn't want to do that he works 6 days a week and doesn't want to make the HOUR AND A HALF drive. gahhh.

tell her to take some midol or aleve . exercise helps! BUT that being said, I have a couple of friends who have very serious issues with this type of thing, they're down for the count for a couple days. It depends. Is this a new problem or something she just came up with when it was time to run?!

natural peanut butter & bananas, in a wrap or in a bowl...frozen sliced bananas are also really good.

do you track your sodium in your diary? I added mine to make sure I'm not going over, it can make you gain water weight literally overnight like this. Plus exercise builds muscle.

no, I don't eat my exercise calories. I usually work out at the very end of the day, just works better with my schedule and wears me out before bedtime. I fall asleep quick. I recommend having some whole grain bread or rice with your meals. Maybe if it's Italian make some garlic bread. or if it's asian add more rice. it's probably odd but I like raw asparagus. I've always like cauliflower, cucumbers, and celery too. (esp the celery for the crunch) red bell peppers are excellent with hummus.
