flavored vodka & diet tonic, or water. depending on what flavor, add a twist of lemon and/or lime. my favorite is melon vodka & diet tonic a shot of that vodka is 60-some calories.

soak them in water so they form a gel and just take them by the teaspoonful before each meal, feel fuller and eat less. I haven't gotten my hands on any yet but I had an aunt in town who ate them...when she told me about them all I could think about was ch-ch-ch-chia????

I also feel with the lettuce as a wrap you can eat more of the chicken, and eat less carbs/more protein. The lettuce is basically calorie free too. It gives it a coolness to the chicken and a crunch.

I just made this last week for dinner. It was very good, and with the lettuce as a wrap was filling enough for me. I may make it again this week it was that good! they put a low cal blue cheese dressing with it, here's the recipe. I cannot get a handle on myself ever since Friday. I had BW3's Saturday. I had a big Mexican dinner and a LOT of drinks. Yesterday, I had ice cream. pizza. and a cheeseburger & fries. Today. A slice of pizza, some taco casserole, and Chinese. tomorrow :: I cannot continue on like this. That's it

yes I do, usually just to my mom's pool though. I went to Jamaica a few years ago, before gaining some weight....and people commented on my stretch marks more than once (one person said "Have you had kids?" I say yes. "I can tell" pointing to my tummy) It was rude but I am proud of them. My battle scars! lol

well, I lost weight after having my second child ...I've gained about 15 or 20 lbs back, but this pic was before the gain. I have stretch marks but they are the same color as my skin. I am almost 30 and people think I am 21 or 22. it's all fun and games til I get carded everywhere I go ....especially when I leave/forget my ID at home, it's annoying. then I just tell myself...be happy you don't look your age you'll be thankful when you're 50
