497 46 28 18 1267 calories carbs fat protein sodium with some grilled chicken as a meal I think these things would all balance out even though some of these number are high....there may also be corners you can cut. I used reduced fat sour cream and medium potatoes when plugging in the recipe.

my kids aren't big sandwich eaters. My daughter is very picky. My son just doesn't like sandwiches. I was thinking this time I would give them crackers, real cheese (not processed) and some lunch meat from the deli. I feel this would be a better choice for them...

I work part time so I only go in a few times a week, but one girl talks about how she needs to lose weight. She seems like she knows what she needs to eat when we talk about it together. I love them with eggs, mashed up with salt and pepper on toast, and recently I tried it on a baked potato with some reduced fat sour cream and salt & pepper.

to answer why you gained after eating 1200 and working out :: muscles retain water when they've been worked, to repair themselves. I learned this when I first joined MFP..I started the 30 day shred and gained 3 or 4 lbs right off the bat. Keep up what you're doing it'll come off along with the inches.

almond milk is awesome!! I just started drinking it. I have only tried the blue diamond original *not unsweetened* variety. It does have a slight almond taste to it! ...and it's about half the calories and half the sugar of 2% milk

well it is just about that time for e and I just had strawberries and whipped cream as a snack. was yummy and not too shabby as far as being healthy :) ....but my issue is salt. I like chips. I try to substitute it with the good microwave popcorn (example; 94% fat free kroger microwave popcorn)

just some food for thought...I've done the math before... if you're trying to drink and get drunk (why not right?) the low cal beers have less alchohol in them, so you're drinking more beers to get the same amount of alcohol that is in, say, a Miller Lite.
